1. Log in to your account at dolfin.global, go to the Home, and Select the Withdrawal button for the asset you wish to withdraw.

2. Complete the withdrawal details and select View notices

• Select a withdrawal service provider
  • Note:
    • Once you select a service provider from the list, you can put the deposit address that the provider has given.
    • Only the listed withdrawal services are available.
• Fill in Withdrawal Amount
  • Note:
    • The maximum withdrawal amount is the available balance displayed on the screen.
• Fill in Address
  • Note:
    • some cryptos (for example, XRP) may require memo/tag to complete the withdrawal. It's necessary to fill in both the withdrawal address and the tag if beneficiary requires. otherwise, the withdrawal will be lost.
• Check the withdrawal network of asset
  • Note:
    • you need to ensure the withdrawal network is the same as the deposit network in other exchanges or wallets to avoid any losses.

3. After checking the notices, check the Noticed button to activate the apply button.

4. Select Apply button, your withdrawal order will be submitted

  • To ensure safe transfer of your assets, a withdrawal transaction will occur after our staff confirms the withdrawal request once more. If you want to cancel the withdrawal before then, please contact us through our telegram channel.
