1. Log in to your account at trade.dolfin.global, go to Home, and Select the Withdrawal button for the asset you wish to withdraw.

2. Complete the withdrawal details and select View notices

• Fill in Withdrawal Amount

  • Note:
    • The maximum withdrawal amount is the available balance displayed on the screen.

• Choose Withdrawal Type

  • Note:
    • IBAN is only possible between european countries

• Fill in Benificiary Infomation

  • Note:
    • Withdrawal is only possible to an account in your name. Enter only the information required for withdrawal. SWIFT memo, routing number, and message are optional inputs.

• Select “SWIFT Code / BIC”

  • Note:
    • If you choose “No, Not includes”, you must put SWIFT Code / BIC Code and Account Number.
    • If you choose “Yes, includes”, you only need to put SWIFT MEMO and Routing Number.

• Fill in the information of Intermediary Bank

  • Note:
    • It is optional. However, missing intermediary bank information will result in the cancellation of your process. Please double check all details before submitting.
  • Intermediary Bank: An intermediary bank acts as a mediator between originating and receiving banks during international financial transactions when direct transfer is not possible.

  

  

  

  

  

3. Select Apply button, your withdrawal order will be submitted
