You need to complete a KYC process after setting up your basic information of your account (ID/PW and Google OTP).

1. Pre-stage for verification

CASE1. Proceed with authentication immediately after completing the OTP settings

• Click ‘Verify’ to proceed with verification. If you click the button, you will enter the ‘Case2.’ screen.
• If you click ‘Later’, you will be directed to the login page; you will enter the ‘Case2’ after logging in again.

Case2. Re-log in and proceed with authentication

• If user verification has not been completed at the time of login, the Customer Verification screen will be displayed as shown in the image. To proceed with verification, click the ‘Start’ button.

2. How to start verification

• Users who have signed up as Individual Type must verify their identity card (Passport).

• Select the country of residence.
• The choice is based on whether you live in the US or other countries.
