1. Withdrawal Address Registration Guide
Due to the implementation of the MiCA regulation, only withdrawal addresses that have passed internal review in accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) and customer due diligence (CDD) obligations can be used for withdrawals.
To register a withdrawal address, you must submit supporting documentation for the address. Only addresses that have completed the review process can be used for withdrawals.
Step 1. Where can I register a withdrawal address?
- You can register and manage your withdrawal addresses by clicking the drop-down menu at the top and selecting the ‘My Withdrawal Addresses’ option.

Step 2. Registering a Withdrawal Address
- To register a withdrawal address, click the ‘Register’ button located at the top of the ‘My Withdrawal Addresses’ page. This will open a registration pop-up.

- To register the basic address information, please enter the following fields:
- As shown in the image below, each field must be selected or entered to proceed with the registration.
- Service Provider: This refers to the service provider. You can choose from a list of exchanges or unhosted wallets used for withdrawals.
- Network: Select the network of the asset. For example, assets like USDC or ETH use the Ethereum network, so select the corresponding network. Be especially careful when dealing with assets on different networks (even if they are Ethereum-based), as choosing the wrong network may result in failed or lost withdrawals.
- Address Label: This is an alias entered by the user to distinguish the withdrawal address. Please note that some characters, such as emojis or certain special symbols, may not be supported.
- Address: Enter the actual address where you want to withdraw the asset. Be cautious of typos, spaces, or other input errors during registration.
- Once all fields are completed, click the ‘Submit’ button to complete the basic registration.
- Please note that a basic registration alone does not allow for withdrawals. The address must go through the verification process.
- After registering the address, it will appear in the list with a ‘Not Verified’ status. This means only the basic information has been submitted. You must provide additional information and upload supporting documents to complete the verification.

Step 3. Withdrawal Address Verification
- You can proceed with address verification immediately after registration, or you may complete it later.
- After the basic registration is completed, a pop-up will appear prompting you to select the beneficiary’s information. However, you can resume the verification process at any time.
